THE INSPIRATION
Executive Chef Beau Raffensperger is bringing classically delicious food to The Den on Eleventh. This is his third restaurant, but his first in his hometown, where he set out to create a space and menu that feel like home. His summers spent on the Eastern Shore with his large extended family inspired him to introduce fresh seafood and classic coastal dishes to The Den's menu, such as his "Pan-Seared Scallops" and "Mussels and Frites." Touches of home are sprinkled throughout the menu, including the "Francis Lasagna," his late grandmother's recipe. Chef Beau's inviting take on classic dining promises to make every visit a memorable experience. We can't wait to welcome you.
